In certain instances of business it may become necessary for a licensee to license intellectual property from the licensor.

Aspects of intellectual property which may be licensed include trademarks, such as brand names and logo's, to copyrights, designs, patents and the like.

Included in this Intellectual Property License Agreement;

• What is the intellectual property being licensed;
• Whether the license is exclusive, revocable, sublicensable and/or transferrable;
• Whether a license fee is payable, and if so, the amount and frequency of the licensee fee and how it will be paid;
• What the term of the license will be.
